Tasting Notes: We have been using two of these scales for weighing espresso shots on a daily basis for over a year now and both are still working perfectly. They are a great set of scales with a built-in timer, which works independently of the scales with an easy-to-use key. The display allows the professional and home barista alike to view the weight and time at the same time which is what you want to ensure the perfect weight of grounds for your chosen brew method. We supply our cafes with these scales and we certainly thoroughly recommend them for home use too. Please note that they are not water-resistant or waterproof. Brewing tip: weigh only the amount of beans required to ensure freshness.
