Tasting Notes: Our decaf coffee comes from Pichanaki in the highlands of central Peru. It is shade grown at 1600 meters above sea level, naturally fertilised with Cascara, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process. Contributed by up to 300 smallholder farmers from indigenous Shora & Mayni communities. Coffees are patio dried before decaffeination.
